COMMUNITY NOTICES

​

• Please remember to observe the posted FNE speed limit of 25 mph for everyone’s safety.

• Do not mow within 5 feet of the runway lights. Mel’s team will handle maintenance in this area.

​

ONGOING PROJECTS

​

• Pool drainage and grading work are complete. Construction of a new pool fence begins soon. 

• Taxiway widening project is complete, utilizing dirt from the pool area.

• Pine removal is complete.  Stump removal and cleanup will begin soon.

• The mid-well issues have been corrected by a well repair company.

• Construction of a new south well house with a concrete slab has been approved. We are gathering quotes on cement and plumbers.

• We are continuing to work on bare spots in the grass to improve the beautification of the neighborhood.
