COMMUNITY NOTICES

Annual Dues Reminder: If you have not yet paid your annual dues, please take a moment to do so.

​

Wildlife Awareness: Please refrain from throwing corn or other feed around the neighborhood. As an airport community, we want to avoid attracting additional wildlife, particularly deer, which can create safety concerns.

​

Pool Area Parking: Please do not park on the dirt area in front of the pool. We are working to reestablish grass in this location and appreciate your cooperation in helping protect the new growth.

​

Speed Limit Reminder: For the safety of all residents, guests, and pets, please observe the posted FNE speed limit of 25 mph at all times.

 

Runway Light Maintenance: Please avoid mowing within 5 feet of the runway lights. Mel's team will continue to maintain these areas to help protect the lighting system.

​

Thank you for everyone's cooperation in helping keep our community safe, attractive, and enjoyable for all residents.

ONGOING PROJECTS 

​

Massey Restoration Project: We are excited to share that work has begun on the old Massey.

​

Runway Lights Operational: The runway lights have been repaired and are now fully operational.

​

Runway Grass Improvements: We are continuing efforts to improve the grass at the end of the runway.

​

Pool Maintenance Update: The pool's sand filter is scheduled for service soon. This maintenance will help ensure the pool remains clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.
