COMMUNITY NOTICES

• Please remember to observe the posted FNE speed limit of 25 mph for everyone’s safety.

• Do not mow within 5 feet of the runway lights. Mel’s team will handle maintenance in this area.

ONGOING PROJECTS

​

• Construction of a new pool fence begins soon. 

• Land clearing and stump removal operations have commenced on community property.  

• Analysis of the new south well is currently underway, and construction is expected to commence soon. Funding for this initiative was established several years ago.

• We are continuing to work on bare spots in the grass to improve the beautification of the neighborhood.
