COMMUNITY NOTICES

​

• We will be moving dirt from the pool area to the taxiway.  Excess dirt will be available for purchase at $35 a load.  Please contact the board if you are interested.  ETA mid-October.

• Kindly avoid blowing grass clippings onto FNE roads.

• Please retrieve your garbage cans promptly to help keep our neighborhood looking its best.

• Remember to observe the posted FNE speed limit of 25 mph for everyone’s safety.

• Do not mow within 5 feet of the runway lights. Mel’s team will handle maintenance in this area.

ONGOING PROJECTS

​

• We are reseeding bare spots in the grass to improve the beautification of the neighborhood.

• Construction of a new south well house with a concrete slab has been approved. We are gathering quotes on cement and plumbers.

• Professional water samples for each well are being obtained.  

• The southern tracts (27.65 & 26.40 acres) have been surveyed.  We are working with a company to remove trees encroaching on the runway.

• Coordinated land work will address and restore the taxiway, correcting narrowing caused by erosion.
