COMMUNITY NOTICES

​

• Since there wasn’t enough interest this year, we’ve decided to skip the neighborhood Christmas party.  We’ll revisit the idea next year and hope to celebrate together then!

• Shout out to Mel and Brenda for all their hard work cleaning up Cindy Lane!

• Please remember to observe the posted FNE speed limit of 25 mph for everyone’s safety.

• Do not mow within 5 feet of the runway lights. Mel’s team will handle maintenance in this area.

ONGOING PROJECTS

​

• We are reseeding bare spots in the grass to improve the beautification of the neighborhood, including Cindy Lane.

• Construction of a new south well house with a concrete slab has been approved. We are gathering quotes on cement and plumbers.

• Professional water sample evaluations from each well are complete.  Reports available upon request.   

• The southern tracts (27.65 & 26.40 acres) surveys are complete and filed.  Pine removal starts soon, beginning with the runway.

• We are coordinating with a professional well company to address recent issues with the mid well.  The problems appear to have been caused by unauthorized tampering.
